PKIsigning is a Dutch SaaS company specialising in secure and legally valid digital signing. From our office in Veenendaal, our close-knit team develops software that more than 250 organisations use to securely sign and share their documents!
About us
PKIsigning was built on years of experience in digitalisation, compliance and software development. In 2017, SBRS B.V., trading under the name PKIsigning, was founded following the development of qualified signing solutions for the accounting sector.
Since then, PKIsigning has grown into a platform for digital signing, identification and secure document sharing.
Three principles are at the heart of how we develop our software:
- Modern technology: we use modern technology, architecture and development methods.
- Quality and compliance: we build secure, high-quality signing processes with a strong focus on expertise and compliance.
- Ease of use: we put a great deal of care into creating a simple and intuitive user experience.
Our roots in innovation and consultancy
PKIsigning originated from DOCCO, an IT consultancy and innovation company focused on the accounting sector. Building on DOCCO’s knowledge and experience, SBRS B.V. was founded in 2017, laying the foundation for PKIsigning.
Over the following years, the platform continued to grow and the potential of PKIsigning became increasingly clear. As a result, DOCCO’s activities were discontinued in 2025 and the team’s knowledge and expertise were fully integrated into PKIsigning.
Since then, our full focus has been on the continued development and growth of PKIsigning.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build with us. Someone with energy and initiative, who takes ownership and is committed to the team. Someone who doesn’t wait for the perfect sales operation to be in place, but gets excited about the opportunity to build it together.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone at a mid-level stage in their career with ambition. Someone who enjoys taking responsibility and gets energy from developing new markets and spotting opportunities. You won’t be stepping into a fully established role with a huge funnel waiting for you. That’s why it’s important that you’re driven and entrepreneurial. You’ll also need to be quick to learn and able to adapt, because there’s a lot to discover about our product.
We need someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone or approach a potential customer. Someone who actively asks: who can I help with our software? You believe in the power of networking and know how to build strong relationships.
Experience selling software (SaaS) is definitely a plus, but it’s not the most important thing to us. We’re looking for a loyal and entrepreneurial hunter with a nose for opportunities and plenty of initiative. Someone independent and responsible who gets energy from exploring new markets and enjoys advising customers and helping them find the right solution.
And no, you won’t have to do it alone. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales colleagues.

We’re hiring: Senior Software Engineer
Will you help us build the future of digital signing?
We believe secure digital signing should be simple. No hassle, no unnecessary complexity, but smart software that genuinely helps organisations. Today, more than 250 organisations trust our platform for secure and legally valid digital signing.
But we’re far from finished..
That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to help us build the future of PKIsigning. You’ll join a small and close-knit development team, where you’ll have plenty of responsibility and a direct impact on both our product and its development.
You’ll work with technologies including C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Angular/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs and Azure. You’ll also work on new functionality, contribute to technical decisions and help us continuously improve our platform.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced software developer with approximately 5 to 7 years of professional development experience. You have strong knowledge of C#/.NET and ASP.NET and experience with Angular/TypeScript and SQL.
You understand how software works, but also how to build it in a maintainable way. Concepts such as OOP, clean code and software architecture are familiar territory to you. You also have experience working with Git and Azure DevOps.
Just as important, you enjoy contributing ideas. We’re not a large development team where you simply work through tickets. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to work on features, make technical decisions and continuously improve the product together with the team.
Experience with or an interest in modern .NET and Azure technologies is a great fit.
