Meet Supriya – Senior Team Lead Development at PKIsigning

Since September, Supriya has been part of PKIsigning as Senior Team Lead for the development department. In this role, she is responsible for the entire technical domain of the platform: from design and development to releases, new features and translating business requirements into a clear product roadmap.

“I lead the product’s technical department, encompassing development, technical leadership, and architecture. I execute the technology strategy, oversee requirements analysis, system design, and implementation, and ensure delivery meets quality, security, and scalability standards. I am accountable for the technical outcomes of our product and act as the primary interface between technical team, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.”

From engineering to product leadership

Supriya originally comes from India, where she studied engineering and software development. She now brings more than 20 years of experience in various technical and leadership roles.

“For about six years I’ve been working specifically in product development. That background helps me to combine technical depth with a broader product vision.”

Why PKIsigning?

What attracted her to PKIsigning was not only the role itself, but also the domain and the product: “I really like this domain. It’s new and challenging for me. I already knew the development processes, but the world of digital trust and e-signing was something new to explore. The product itself also convinced me: it is one of the strongest solutions in this field.

For me, it’s both a learning opportunity and a place where I can add real value with my experience. And I enjoy working in a small, focused team.”

Working with a diverse team on a complex product

What Supriya enjoys most in her day-to-day work is the combination of people, technology and challenges: “Our team is very diverse, with both junior and senior developers. Some colleagues have very specialized knowledge, which makes the collaboration interesting and dynamic.

At the same time, PKIsigning is a highly advanced product. Every day brings new challenges and growth opportunities. No two days are the same. Each customer uses the platform in a different way, which makes our work even more engaging.”

She also values the mindset of a smaller organization.

“In a large company it’s easy to disappear into the bigger picture. Here, goals are clear, targets are concrete and there is strong commitment to deliver. Time and resources are not unlimited, so you have to be creative and efficient. That pushes you to be excellent.”

A message to our customers

Supriya emphasizes that continuous improvement is central to the way PKIsigning operates.

“We are constantly working on improving our platform, especially for customers with specific requirements. At the same time, we have to deal with changing laws and regulations and market developments. Sometimes things simply have to be done at a certain moment – there is no option to stand still.

We always try to translate customer needs into solid solutions. That doesn’t always go perfectly, to be honest, but we work on it with dedication. Customer satisfaction, combined with reliable maintenance and support, is always our priority.”

A small team with high ambitions

Finally, Supriya highlights the culture within PKIsigning: “We are a small company, but what we build and deliver is high-end. We work on serious, complex topics and aim for a high level of quality, even with a relatively small team.

We really support each other. If someone needs help, others step in. That creates trust and makes it easier to take responsibility and make decisions. Everyone is free to share ideas; nothing is off the table. That openness and teamwork give me motivation every single day to come to work.”
